POST-PRODUCTION

The editing process for the music video took around three whole days to complete. Although the raw shot were good a lot of editing needed to be done to increase the quality

-
One of the tools I used the most was the stabiliser in Adobe Pro, as I could not afford the actual physical stabiliser for the camera and a few shots involved movement from part of the camera. Although the stabiliser did work on some occasions it did leave some shot with natural movement, however I adjusted the numbers for the stabiliser to minimise defects on the video.
-
Colour correcting was also done on the editing process of the video as various shots suffered from lack of lighting or excess of brightness, I also adjusted the colours to implement more vivd colours on certain scenes
-
On the second scene involved a flashback therefore, I used various templates from google and added them onto of my raw shots to create a sense of nostalgia.
-
On the last day of editing I wanted to liberate some space on my laptop so I deleted the downloaded videos of certain shots that were already in adobe thinking that it would remain in the program as I had saved it, however I came to discover that if the original files are deleted the will be eliminated from adobe. Most of the footage that was finished and edited got deleted. Hopefully I had exported my first draft, so I just added it to the remaining footage and cut the unnecessary parts.
